AOTMP's Board of Advisors is composed of industry experts and business strategists who provide strategic direction and assist in developing long-term corporate objectives and key partnerships.

Michael C. Gruber
Mr. Gruber is a Partner and Managing Director of SCIUS Capital, an
investment bank where he is focused on private placements and mergers
and acquisitions for emerging growth companies. Mr. Gruber is also a
Partner in Independence Equity I, L.P., an early stage investment fund
focused on alternative energy and technology process innovation.  He
also founded advisory and investment companies G4 Capital LLC and K4
Ventures LLC, including Cornerstone Angels, where he manages operations
for private investment organizations focused on early stage investments
in Midwest companies. Previously, Mr. Gruber acted as Director of
Taproot Ventures, an early stage investment affiliate of the Harbour
Group, a significant private equity and operating holding company.

In addition to Mr. Gruber’s investing experience, he has been active in
building and operating technology and business services companies,
including the co-founding of several early stage ventures, with a vast
amount of that experience within Silicon Valley. He also serves on the
Board of Advisors for Factory Physics, Inc., acts on the national
collaboration committee of the Angel Capital Association, and is an
active advisor and mentor, including holding the position as an adjunct
lecturer at the graduate business school at Loyola University Chicago.
He earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern
University and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
