Tim Colwell is AOTMP's Vice President of Knowledge Operations and leads the standards and best practices operations team. He's worked with many end user telecom and IT leaders to implement management best practices in Fortune 500 and Forbes Private 50 client environments. His expertise spans management consulting, process management, budget management, cost containment, contract negotiations, inventory development and relationship management.
Joe Basili is AOTMP’s Vice President of Research and has worked closely with numerous TEM solution providers while researching best practices and technologies in the areas of network management, unified communications, and telecom expense management. He has served as key note presenter for various conferences on wireless mobility and telecom expense management, and has been published in a number of publications on related topics.
