The management team at AOTMP has worked for end user enterprises and their telecom environments for the past 18 years.  During this period we have provided services and management implementations in over 5,000 telecom environments, earning the status of telecom management best practice experts.  We have worked with small organizations spending thousands per month to very large, global Fortune 10 companies spending tens of millions per month on their telecom and IT services.  These real-world experiences have enabled us to create industry best practices and standards for telecom management, and deliver this information that simply can't be found elsewhere.
 
 
Timothy C. Lybrook - President and CEO
Tim Lybrook has more than 25 years of entrepreneurial experience, including nearly 20 years in the end user telecom cost and information management industry.  Prior to launching AOTMP in 2004, Tim was the founder, president and CEO of Teletron, Inc., a pioneer company in the telecommunications management and auditing industry. Tim has been recognized for his many accomplishments in the telecom management space, and has been honored with awards such as the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award for the State of Indiana in 1999, the Indiana Small Business Person of the Year award by the U.S. Small Business Administration in 1999, and recognized among the Top 10 Fastest Growing Companies in Indiana for four years straight, and many others. Tim serves on several industry boards and is a frequent speaker at industry events and to business leaders, entrepreneurs and MBA students.
 
Timothy C. Colwell - Vice President of Knowledge Operations
Tim Colwell is AOTMP's Vice President of Knowledge Operations.  He leads the teams responsible for standards & best practices, research, benchmarking, and training & certification.  Tim has 17+ years industry experience in helping Fortune 500 and Forbes Private 50 enterprise and industry supplier organizations achieve excellence in the financial, operational and technical performance management of a telecom environment.  A thought leader in telecom environment management, Tim's expertise spans performance benchmarking, process engineering, budget management, contract negotiations, asset & inventory management, and relationship management. Tim is a patent author and leads product development for TEMOS, a performance management system designed to optimize enterprise telecom environments.  Prior to joining AOTMP, Tim spent three years as Director of Support Services for a telecommunications consulting firm where he refined and implemented telecommunications best practice methodologies across 500+ client consulting engagements.  Tim holds a BA in Telecommunications from Indiana University.
 
Tom Gray – Vice President of Advisory & Consulting Services
Tom leads the operations team responsible for service client engagements and delivery, providing service validation and financial reviews, process reengineering consulting, and TEM program management strategy services.  Tom is also a lead member of the TEMOS development team. Tom has more than 20 years experience in customer service, information technology, and telecommunications.  He previously held a number of management positions during his 19 years at Cinergy Corp, including Field Operations Manager, Network/Telecom Manager, and General Manager of Corporate IT.  Most recently, he served as Application Development Center Manager for Keane, holding responsibility for multiple workgroups supporting software development and support in a Fortune 100 financial services company.  Tom earned his Bachelors Degree in Business from Indiana State University and Masters Degree in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University.  
 
Scott Levy – Director of Client Development
Scott brings to AOTMP more than 17 years of management and executive experience with telecommunications-related companies, including Teletron, Inc. where he helped grow the telecom auditing company from 25 employees to more than 300 staff and a client base of over 5500. Earlier in his career, Scott served as Vice President of Sales at International FiberComm, managing teams selling structured cabling, fiber optics, WiFi, Nortel and AVAYA network equipment, and also held responsibilities for the Network Operation Center. Scott is a recognized speaker on buyer’s advocacy and telecom expense management services. He has been a featured speaker on the My Technology Lawyer radio show and various trade shows across the country, and has been quoted in various industry publications.
 
Michael T. O'Neill – Director of Sales
Mike leads the sales team for the AOTMP Total Access, commissioned research, report underwriting, intelligence briefing services and Telecom Knowledge Base offerings. Mike has more than 25 years experience leading sales and service delivery teams for client-centric solutions within the telecommunications industry. His experience includes serving as Vice President and Group Publisher for the Telecom Intelligence Group, a market research and advisory company specializing in converged voice and data offerings including VoIP, unified communications and managed services. Mike also served as Group Vice President for Gartner, Inc. where he was responsible for business development, sales and service to the company's largest and most strategic global clients. Mike has a strong focus on building knowledgeable, high-performing, consultative sales teams that maximize client value. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Business from the University of Maryland and completed Graduate work in Aeronautic Engineering at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
 
Christy Colbert - Director of Marketing
Christy brings 12+ years experience in technology and software marketing management to her role at AOTMP. Her experience in strategic positioning, marketing communications and demand generation derives from entrepreneurial environments as well as large, global organizations. Prior to joining AOTMP, Christy held a number of marketing positions at SPSS, an IBM Company, within product management, marketing communications, field marketing, and industry marketing. Her experience also includes marketing program development and project work with the American Marketing Association, the Direct Marketing Association, Chicago Business Marketing Association, and The Nielsen Company. Christy holds a dual Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Business from Indiana University and has earned certification in product marketing, search engine marketing, search engine optimization and internet marketing.
