By using the AOTMP Web site or service, you signify your agreement to these Terms and Policies. If you do not agree to these Terms and Policies or the conditions herein, do not use this Web site or service. AOTMP may modify these Terms and Policies at anytime.
AOTMP sends electronic newsletters, updates and informational notices to Web registrants and customers on a periodic basis, which vary according to the content you might choose to receive. We occasionally send out special communications when we think subscribers or customers might be particularly interested in something we are doing or a product or service we are offering, or when we wish to survey subscribers and customers.
AOTMP does not, unless required by law, disclose the personal information it collects to people or organizations outside of AOTMP whose stated aim is to use it for any purpose other than to process your registration, fulfill your requests, keep you informed about AOTMP products and services, or some other task that AOTMP asks them to perform on our behalf.
Certification Cancellation Policy
The certification cancellation policy applies to enrollees who have provided confirmation of intent to attend either a public or private certification event. Confirmation may take the form of a signed and accepted proposal, a customer Purchase Order, an online application or an e-mail request.
Certification Sessions (Public, Private, Semi-Private)
- For cancellations occurring between 30-60 days before the scheduled start date, a cancellation fee* equal to 25% of the enrollment fee will apply.
- For cancellations occurring between 15-29 days before the scheduled start date, a cancellation fee* equal to 50% of the enrollment fee will apply.
- For cancellations occurring less than 15 days before the scheduled start date, a cancellation fee* equal to 75% of the enrollment fee will apply.
This cancellation fee is due and payable upon receipt of invoice if payment has not yet been made. If payment has previously been made then a refund of the full payment will be issued minus the cancellation fee.
Certification Session Reschedules
Public - a participant may reschedule with 30 days notice without penalty. Reschedules within 30 days of the course start date will be subject to a 15% reschedule penalty. The original cancellation fee will apply in the event the rescheduled participant does not attend the rescheduled session.
Private - a company may reschedule with 60 days notice without penalty. Reschedules within 60 days of the course start date will be subject to a 50% reschedule penalty. The original cancellation fee will apply in the event the company does not proceed with the rescheduled session.
Re-Testing Fees
A re-testing option is only available for those not achieving a passing score on their respective certification exam. Only one re-test per candidate is available, and re-testing is not available to certification candidates failing to complete and submit exams during the initial testing period. Re-testing is available for a 10-day period following the initial exam period. Re-testing fees apply, and are as follows:
- Re-testing for Certified Telecom Management Specialist - $250.00
- Re-testing for Certified Telecom Management Executive - $250.00
- Re-testing for Certified Telecom Management Administrator - $250.00
- Re-testing for Certification Renewal - $50.00
- Re-testing for Specialty Certification - $50.00
Skills Assessments
All skills assessments sales are final with no refunds.
Subscription Transfer Policy
Subscriptions may be transferred from one individual to another within the same organization as a result of job transfer, change in duties, new hire, or under a company hardship situation. AOTMP reserves the right to evaluate these situations on individual case basis. The transferred subscription will be valid only through the termination date of the original subscription purchase.
Platinum Plus subscriptions will be transferred only in the event that the subscriber has participated in no more than (3) eLearning courses. If participation in more than (3) eLearning courses has occurred, the subscription can be transferred only as a Platinum subscription.
Unlimited eLearning subscriptions will be transferred only in the event that the subscriber has participated in no more than (3) eLearning courses.
Performance Management Solution subscriptions will be transferred only in the event that the subscriber has participated in no more than (3) eLearning courses and/or no more than (3) skills assessments and/or subscriber has not participated in a certification session (CTMA, CTMS, CTME) or course training session.
eLearning Course Training Sessions
Unlimited eLearning subscriptions entitle the registered participant to attend live online eLearning courses, Anytime eLearning courses, and Hot Topic sessions. Corporate Unlimited eLearning subscription packages are available for those who wish to include multiple participants in the training courses. Sharing of login and password information is strictly prohibited, and may result in cancellation of subscriber’s privileges with no refund.
