Lori Hess joined AOTMP in 2007, brining with her a diverse 22 year career in telecommunications. Working first as a system administrator for a large shared-tenant environment with ACD and call accounting systems, Lori learned firsthand the importance of competent and thorough customer support. Lori believes large and small companies have the same goals: profit and efficiency. Lori designed holistic and individual approaches for her customers with these primary goals at the forefront.
Lori opened her own training and project management company in 1992, growing it into a full service interconnect. Having experienced telecommunications from both sides of the desk, she facilitated the education of her customers, making them comfortable with the difficult telecom decisions they faced. Lori’s innate ability to listen to a customer’s needs, observe their procedures, and create custom solutions drew the attention of local vendors and large telecommunications firms that hired her in design and training capacities. Before joining AOTMP’s Knowledge Operations department, Lori worked as a telecommunications analyst, using her diverse skills in helping project teams perform extensive telecom inventories and TEM management solutions. Lori graduated from Purdue University with a B.A. in English Education.
