California Resident Privacy Notice

Telecom Management Group LLC, doing business as AOTMP® (“AOTMP®”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), respects your privacy and has created this California Resident Privacy Notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) of 2018. This Notice is designed to explain how we collect, use, and disclose personal information pertaining to California residents.

The California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) provides California residents with specific rights regarding their personal information.

  1. The Right to Disclosure

You have the right to request that we disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of your Personal Information over the past 12 months.

  1. The Right to Deletion of Personal Information

You have the right to request that we delete any of your personal information that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your personal information from our records, unless an exception applies.

  1. The Right to Opt-Out of the Sale of Personal Information

We may collect your name, email address, company information, phone number, city, state, zip code, and country, and we may sell the information entered on our event registration page to our event sponsors so they may contact you with marketing materials. To opt-out of the sale of personal information, please click the “Do Not Sell My Information” link on our homepage and/or toggle the opt-out button provided alongside the link.

  1. The Right to Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. Unless permitted by the CCPA, we will not:

  • Deny you goods or services.
  • Charge you different prices or rates for goods or services, including through granting discounts or other benefits, or imposing penalties.
  • Provide you a different level or quality of goods or services.
  • Suggest that you may receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services.

We do not offer financial incentives at this time. Should we offer a financial incentive, we will notify you through this Notice.

  1. Exercising Your CCPA Rights

California residents, or any agent or representative authorized to act on your behalf, may submit a request by:

We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity prior to fulfilling the above requests. You may only make a verifiable consumer request for disclosure or deletion twice within a 12-month period. The verifiable consumer request must:

  • Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative.
  • Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you.

Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. However, we do consider requests made through your password protected account sufficiently verified when the request relates to personal information associated with that specific account.

We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.

Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child.

The Services may contain links to or information about other websites that are outside our control or custody.  We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of other websites and suggest that you review their privacy statements to understand how your information is used or shared by those other websites.  We do not endorse or make any representations or warranties concerning, and will not in any way be liable for, any informational content, products, services, software, or other materials available on other websites, even if one or more pages of the other websites are framed within, or linked to, a page of our Services.

Minors

 

Our Services are restricted to persons who are age 16 or older.  Furthermore, we do not market to, and do not knowingly collect any personal information from or about a child under the age of 13 without the consent of the child’s parent or legal guardian.  If we discover that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 16 years of age, we will promptly take all reasonable measures to delete that personal information from our systems.

Changing this Privacy Notice

 

We may amend this Privacy Notice from time to time.  When we do, we will post the change(s) on the website. If we make any material changes in the way we use or disclose the Information you provide to us, we will provide appropriate notice to you. Your continued use of the website means that you acknowledge and accept these changes.
